Cookies are small files on your device. We also use localStorage for preferences and your cookie choice.
2. Strictly necessary
Required for sign-in, security and core functionality. These are always active and do not require consent under ePrivacy.
- Sign-in session (Firebase Auth)
- Security tokens for API requests and App Check on authenticated routes
3. Functional storage (consent required)
We only store these after you accept functional cookies or choose “Accept all” in the banner or cookie settings.

- sw-theme (cookie + localStorage) — dark/light mode, 1 year
- sw-cookie-consent (localStorage) — your cookie choice
4. Analytics / monitoring (consent required)
Loaded only if you opt in. We use this to detect and fix technical issues.
- Google Analytics 4 (if configured) — anonymous usage statistics and performance
- Microsoft Clarity (if configured) — session replay, heatmaps and UX diagnostics
- Sentry (if enabled) — anonymous error reporting and performance traces
5. Marketing / advertising (consent required)
Loaded only if you opt in and only when we enable conversion measurement for ads.

6. Third parties on specific flows
When you use certain features:
- Stripe — payments and fraud prevention (billing/checkout)
- Resend — transactional e-mails (verification, reset, invoices)
- Google reCAPTCHA — App Check on login, dashboard and contract signing
- Google — when using Google sign-in
7. Managing cookies
Use “Cookie settings” in the site footer, dashboard menu, or banner to change your choice at any time.
You can also delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login.
