- Start date, end date and delivery or acceptance process.
- Hourly rate or project price, invoicing and payment term.
- Confidentiality, intellectual-property and liability terms.
- Termination and dispute arrangements.
Wet DBA: the real working relationship matters
For a ZZP relationship, the practical reality matters as well as the contract. A written clause is not enough if the client manages the freelancer as an employee.
