Enter their email address if you want to use the portal. They receive an invitation.
Share the package

Your bookkeeper reviews
They download the ZIP or look at the overview in the portal. You remain responsible for what you share.

What is the SmartWerk bookkeeper export?
A ZIP with invoices, receipts, VAT overviews and summaries for your bookkeeper. It is not accounting software and there is no automatic filing.
Is the bookkeeper portal available?
Yes. You invite your bookkeeper and packages appear in a secure inbox, alongside email and a share link.
Does my bookkeeper need a SmartWerk account?
For the portal, yes: a free bookkeeper account after the invitation. For a download link alone, no.
Does SmartWerk replace my bookkeeper?
No. SmartWerk helps you bundle your administration. Your bookkeeper or the Dutch tax authority remains responsible for official returns.
